This class focuses on compound lifts with an emphasis on form and technique, followed by a conditioning piece to get the heart rate up!
Recovery

This class is designed to support recovery, improve mobility, and help your body move more freely. Sessions may vary from week to week, but the focus stays the same, keeping you moving well and training consistently

Your starting point for Hyrox.
Hyrox Foundations teaches you the movements, builds your engine and sets the standard. Simple, structured and made for all levels.
Booty & Beatz
Booty & Beats is where strength meets good vibes.
We’re building strong glutes, growing confidence and get down to the music. Expect a solid burn, great tunes, and plenty of energy.
Kani kani between sets isn’t optional, it’s part of the workout.
Boxfit
No experience needed, just show up!!!
Learn the fundamentals of boxing with guided technique, footwork and punching combinations. This class is designed to build strength, coordination and fitness while keeping things fun, high energy and easy to follow.
Kids boxfit
A place to build and thrive.
Big energy, fun movement and growing confidence. Kids will learn boxing basics, footwork, coordination, improve fitness and discipline in a safe supportive Kaha environment.

Our Drop-In pass gives you access to a single class. Perfect for visitors, friends of members, or those wanting to experience our facility before committing to a membership.

- One-time access to any regular class
